I highly recommend Secured Arbor. We have a large fig tree in our backyard that needed branches trimmed which were hanging over our fence into the neighbors yard. Angel came out for a consultation and gave advice on which branches could be trimmed safely without infecting or harming the rest of the tree or cutting too much. There is also an electrical wire going through the tree so it was important to be done safely. Angel and Israel arrived a few days later to cut and remove the branches. They were friendly, helpful and communicative. It also was a good reasonable price for the job and the work they did, plus debris and branches removal is included. I would advise using their services if you want a professional job well done.

Israel was at my neighbor’s and wanted to come on my property to pick up the branches from neighbor’s tree. Then saw I had a dead tree which he offered to remove. Getting an estimate for my other tree!

The other two companies were all in the same ballpark as Secured Arbor, but I chose Israel because he took the time to explain the pruning process and how the cuts would be made to promote proper healing for the trees. His team completed the job professionally, taking down the large limbs safely and securely. They also did a thorough cleanup afterward, leaving my yard looking neat and tidy. We had a bunch of bamboos in the backyard. Israel helped to remove all the stumps roots. They also, cleaned up the fence shared with our neighbor. They removed the dead wood of a tree as well and throughly cleaned up all all debris.

Angel and the entire crew did a fantastic job with the removal of 5 trees from our property, including an old oak at least 100 years old. We didn’t want to remove the trees, but they were rotting from the inside and at risk of falling on our home. Despite their precarious location, Secured Arbor worked methodically, carefully lowering branches one at a time as they cut them. After two days of work, they cleared the entire property of sawdust and debris, leaving everything in the best possible condition. After stump grinding, we’re ready to replant some native species. Tree Experts Secured Arbor was amazing! Israel met with me for the estimate and they scheduled my service 2 days later. He was patient and thoroughly explained how the work would be executed. He also took the time to address all of my questions. The crew was very professional. They did a great job and cleaned up everything upon completion of the job. I used Secured Arbor tree service in April 2024 based on a recommendation from a neighbor, and they were fantastic. As advertised, they have a highly skilled and coordinated team using new, state-of-the-art equipment to get the job done correctly and quickly. I had some very large trees adjacent to fencing and also overhanging a detached garage building, and with their expertise they removed the trees without hitting or damaging these structures. They also do a great job cleaning up all of the tree materials and scraps. All of this at a very fair price. I recommend them very highly!

I had a very large maple tree that needed to be removed. Other people I contacted wanted to bring in a crane at high expense. Secured Arbor gave me a fair price, showed up with the right equipment & did an awesome job. Very impressive and a pleasure to do business with.
Israel from Secure Arbor came for an estimate and was quick to provide a verbal quote. He said he would work to win our business and he felt trustworthy and knew how best to handle our tree issues. He was upfront about what would be more expensive and made some quick recommendations. After he left he said he could schedule for that very weekend. After I got quotes from others I went with Secure even though it was a little more expensive (very tiny bit) and I am glad I did! They came on time, no fuss, and got the job done super fast. I am happy with the results and would gladly recommend.
The work included trimming 2 large trees with lots of dead branches, 1 of which was leaning towards the house. Also we had one tree cut down completely.

I spent some time researching tree experts and came upon Secured Arbor via Yelp. After my daughter shared our tree problem with a friend and mentioned the estimate, she suggested another company that her friends parents has used. I saw no harm in getting another estimate and had the time to do it. Both companies had representatives survey my property and it ended up being a small difference in their prices. I went with Secured Arbor because of Israel and Angel. The way they worked together during the survey was impressive. They even managed to get a crew out to start the work sooner than agreed upon. The crew doing the work have been impressive. Each one doing their part in near perfect order.
Terrific work on a big cutting-and-pruning several trees project by the entire team! All coordination via Israel Perez, certified arborist, who was also working on the job every day, along with his family and co-workers. He knows his stuff, communicated well, (e.g., responsive and followed-through in communications,) honored all commitments in writing and is simply a nice guy with whom to work. No crane reqs was a key factor in choosing Secured Arbor over more than a half-dozen other tree services.
Job estimated at 3-4 days; completed in 3. No property damage and all quoted work completed successfully. Great clean-up each day and at project’s end, too. Lucked out on the weather, so good sign there, too.

A dogwood tree fell on my house this past Saturday afternoon. Israel was able to come that same day to provide a quote and then had his team over to do the work on Sunday morning. They did good work, and I recommend them.

They cleaned the roots which were in the grass and I could not even tell there was something before. They leveled the area and put seeds. They were the lowest bidder and provided great service.
